The Salvage Workbench Upgrade is a component that reduces the scrap cost of all tech tree unlocks at its bench by 20%. It is not craftable and has a stack size of one. It can be found in Ghost Ship, Oil Rig, and standard Locked Crates at a 6.2% rate, or in Elite Crates at a 3.8% rate.
