The Memory Cell is an electrical component that stores a single binary value and controls power through normal and inverted outputs. Its value is set to 1 through the SET input and cleared to 0 through the CLEAR input. It can be crafted from Metal Fragments at a level 2 workbench, researched for 30 scrap, or found in several elite, locked, and mission loot containers.
