The Basic Blueprint Fragment is a component containing partial information for constructing a Tier 2 Workbench for advanced crafting. Twenty fragments can be combined into an Advanced Fragment, and they stack up to 100. It is not craftable and can be obtained from Supply Drops, Military Crates, advanced underwater crates, and pistol-wielding Junkpile Scientists.
