Rust Creative Server Update: Infinite Weapon Durability on RustAddicted PvP Creative

If you play on a Rust Creative server, you probably do not join because you want to spend time repairing your weapons.
You want to build.
Fight.
Practice.
Test different weapons and attachments.
Try new base designs.
And then fight some more.
That is exactly why we have added another quality-of-life improvement to RustAddicted PvP Creative:
Gun durability is now infinite.
Weapons on our Creative PvP server no longer lose durability when you fire them.
You can keep using the same weapon for as long as you want without having to repair or replace it.
Why Infinite Weapon Durability Makes Sense on a Rust Creative Server
Weapon durability is an important mechanic in normal Rust progression.
On a traditional vanilla or survival server, maintaining equipment is part of the game.
But a Rust Creative server has a completely different purpose.
Players use Creative servers to:
- practice PvP,
- improve recoil and aim,
- test weapons,
- experiment with attachments,
- raid bases,
- test defenses,
- build new base designs,
- fight other players repeatedly,
- and generally learn Rust without the normal resource grind.
Having to stop your practice session because your AK, SAR or another weapon needs repairing adds very little to that experience.
So we removed that problem.
Shoot as Much as You Want
There is now no durability penalty for repeatedly firing your weapons.
Want to spend an hour practicing with the same gun?
Go ahead.
Want to test different attachments and firing positions?
No problem.
Want to fight another player over and over without constantly replacing your equipment?
That is exactly what the system is designed for.
The result is a smoother Rust PvP practice experience where you spend more time actually fighting and less time managing equipment.
No Repairs. No Maintenance. More PvP.
The update is deliberately simple.
On RustAddicted PvP Creative:
Firing a weapon no longer reduces its durability.
That means:
- no weapon degradation from shooting,
- no interruptions for repairs,
- no repair resource costs,
- no replacing guns because of normal use,
- and more uninterrupted PvP practice.
It is another small change that helps keep the server focused on its main purpose.
Build. Fight. Test. Repeat.
RustAddicted Creative is not only an aim training server.
It is designed as a sandbox where you can experiment with a much larger part of Rust.
You can build bases without the normal survival grind, test raid strategies, practice monument layouts, experiment with different construction ideas and then immediately use those builds in PvP.
Our philosophy for the server is simple:
Build. Fight. Test. Repeat.
You should be able to try something, see whether it works, change it and immediately test it again.
Infinite weapon durability fits directly into that philosophy.
Custom Build Tools
The Creative server also includes our custom /build system.
It gives builders additional tools for quickly experimenting with structures, including features such as:
- faster building workflows,
- mass building upgrades,
- building grade selection,
- building skin management,
- modifying already placed building blocks,
- and symmetry support.
Instead of spending most of your time preparing a test base, you can focus on the actual design.
This makes RustAddicted useful both as a Rust building server and as a place to test how those designs perform during real PvP and raids.
Unlimited Resources and Fast Progression
The Creative environment removes much of the resource management that normally slows down experimentation.
You can focus on:
- building,
- shooting,
- raiding,
- practicing,
- testing,
- and improving.
Combined with infinite weapon durability, the goal is to create an environment where there is as little friction as possible between having an idea and actually testing it.
Practice Rust PvP Without the Grind
There are many ways to improve at Rust.
You can spend hundreds of hours learning through normal wipes, or you can deliberately practice individual skills.
A Creative PvP server gives you an environment where you can repeat the same situations much more quickly.
For example, you can practice:
Weapon handling
Try different guns and attachments without worrying about losing or damaging them.
Base defense
Build a design and test how it performs against real players.
Raiding
Experiment with raid paths and different approaches without spending an entire wipe collecting resources first.
Building
Test bunker designs, peaks, shooting floors, compounds and unusual layouts.
PvP positioning
Repeat fights and learn which angles, cover and movement patterns work best.
That repeated practice is what makes Creative servers valuable.
More Creative PvP Improvements Are Coming
Infinite gun durability is another addition to our ongoing Creative PvP development.
We are continuing to improve the server with custom-made systems rather than simply installing a large collection of generic plugins.
That gives us more control over performance and lets us build features specifically around the way our players actually use the server.
We also plan to keep adding new PvP challenges, building tools and quality-of-life improvements over time.
Try the RustAddicted Creative PvP Server
If you are looking for a Rust Creative server where you can build without limits, practice PvP and experiment without constantly repairing your equipment, give RustAddicted PvP Creative a try.
Bring your favorite gun.
Start shooting.
It will still be in perfect condition when you are done.
Infinite gun durability is live now.
Build. Fight. Test. Repeat.
